I had the same issue believe it or not my issue was I replaced the tappet plate so the nozzle was not fully sealing with the bucking. When i measured the tappet plate I had in vs the stock VFC tappet plate the tab that holds the spring and tail length were fractions off but it made all the difference. Also different nozzles can attribute to the problem as well I've found with KWA and VFC sometimes its better to keep some of the stock parts.
