Just a small comment - I went and checked my email and found a message from my Vancouver Island Rep on it from my email again to him today...figures - doesn't it? But I still stand by the theory of a respected member of the community verifying you by fax...
And how long do you think this would take in your doctor's office anyway...maybe 60 seconds? Come on - 60 seconds of your doctor's time for helping you enter a sport for a sounder mind and body is NOT out of line. It's part of his job! And on that statement I'll stand my ground against anyone!
