I'd be very worried about the temperature from powder coating. You could wind up with the parts in a puddle of mush.

Read the painted guns thread and you should see some other jobs like this.

You're probably going to be doing it yourself. Getting a good painter to lay down a coat that looks like new is going to cost plenty. You'll be in new gun territory.
