dunno why or how. I just assume there's something that notches the metal arm thingie so it doesnt go back properly but who knows..
In all likelyhood it will happen again though (happend about 7 times in total for me). I find its partially due to firing between cycles especially if your battery isn't charged enough and it cycles slowly. I haven't had the problem in a while but im sure it'll come up again. but at least now you know how to fix it.
