Hey Mike,
Did you use the piston supplied with the trigger or did you use another?
I ask because i've upgraded a few now and always use the ASPUK piston (link in above post) which has never failed.
I'm wondering if the piston supplied with the trigger has those two white slip wings too wide. This would make the piston sit a bit higher in the cylinder. Just a theory.
