for 40$, the best you could get is a cheap Tasco 30mm tube RDS.
It's made for shotguns and revolvers, so the recoil from your GBBR won't break it.
Basically any chinese RDS you will install on a GBBR will fail.
As for the glass being shot, that's on you. Both the aimpoint and reflex sight will explode on impact.
The RDS I recommended you above has lifetime warranty against shattered glass, and mine got shot a few times and never failed. I have been running it for years on GBBRs, so much there is barely any paint left on it.
