Yes, that is the rainwear I was using prior to obtaining the LT, and yes I was in the CSCOTS, though it's been a few years now. As for the knee pads I am almost 100% sure they were the ALTA ones (they weren't the ones you linked for sure) we had before we got issued the Arc'teryx ones.
