I thought it might have been gearbox length, but when I measured the distance from the back of the piston in a fully forward position to the back of the spring guide, it was the same as on my V2 and V3 gearboxes.

My pistons and spring guides all have bearings.

Would you have any idea on how to seal up some of these leaks? I'd prefer to get as much mileage and efficiency as I can when I run heavy springs.
