Nomex is nice & lightweight & breathes well. Con's are it is thin so dont expect any sort of bb protection at all.
Fleece, hot as shit, gets very irritating to wear.
Colour. Whatever works where your playing. Cadpat looks damn nifty but I am YET to find a nomex or similiar thin material cadpat balaclava. If there was one out there, I'd own it by now.
Balaclava wont really do much for protecting your teeth, Learn to keep your mouth shut.
In all honesty, I've found them to be of little to no use at all on the field.
As far as fogging goes, Well depends what make/model of goggles you have. A fleece balaclava fogged the hell out of my goggles (JT Spectra's)but the nomex didnt really do anything.
