So in December I finally decided to go ahead and purchase the WE Tech HK 4168 from
Revolution Airsoft. The shipping was pretty quick as I received the package from Calgary, Alberta to Waterloo, Ontario within 4 days of purchasing it.
But as I opened the box the rifle fell into two pieces.

I emailed them about it and they told me to send the gun back to Calgary and they would take a look at it. The tracking info says that it arrived on December 27th and they attempted to deliver it but no one was there to receive it. So I emailed them telling them about the situation and the response I received was that they would "get someone to pick it up as soon as possible". After a month of dealing with Canada Post, it was finally shipped and was successfully delivered to the address they provided me with.
Since then I have not received any response. I have emailed them countless times using a variety of departments, such as their sales/general, and have gotten no response at all. So now i'm $500 bucks out with no gun
Anyone had a similar experience and have any advice?
