First of all, why are your prices American? You do know that you can't buy guns from the States, right?

Next, the guns. Maruzen CQB is what its name says, a CQB weapon. It's got a short(er) barrel and shoots only 1 BB per pump. The TM Sup' 90 has three longer barrels and shoots 3 BBs per pump, but can possible experience two sorts of problem: misfeeds and tri-nozzle jams. Search the forum to find out what those are.

Personally, I'd go with the TM, try the SPAS, no misfeed problems from what I've heard. The Maruzen is closer to a springer pistol than I'd like.
