8.4, 9.6, 10.8, 12 volts

I run a 9.6x1400 in my M-4 G&p, mild spring, long tight bore barrel through a silencer.

my 9.6 runs ok! but what will a 10.8 or12 volt do, BB speed and rate of fire?

will it be harder on the motor/gears/mech box etc.

reason is, I will be building a spare batt, price is not an issue, fitment can be adjusted, so would hooking one or two more batteries be a bad thing??
