SHS motors are out, but I'd keep X-high-tech in. The one I had actually ran quite cool, even with a 11.1V and an AB mosfet (which creates a lot of heat).
Like Stealth said, Lonex motors are always great. Beware though, even their high speed isn't very speedy.
