fill the mag up and pull the retainer... if the BBs shoot out, then you don't have an issue with spring strength... IF they come out like rabbit shits, then the springs are weak or the BBs are getting caught on each other so they stick/jam in the mag tube.
beyond that, it could be how the mag sits in the magwell. If you confirm the BBs have good pressure, then load the mag, push it forward in the magwell and shoot, pull it backwards, push it upwards... if none of these work, then it could be your hopup/nozzle.
Try another mag outside your sample.
Beyond bad mag fit, there are a number of hop op or nozzle issues that could be causing a feed problem, if your gun was worked on recently... a nozzle that sits too far forward or is too long will not feed a BB properly.
Is it just dry firing? Is it making a weird noise when you try to feed it?
