A 7.4V LIPPO IS MORE THAN ENOUGH POWER TO CYCLE!!! It is better than a 9.6v hi-cad/ Nihmf!!!! Lippo batteries are high output batteries and dont have the same rating as hi-cad/ nihmf batteries. You dont need a higher power battery. Unless its a HUGE 9.6 V battery, it wont be better than a 7.4v lippo.
Now that thats out of the way

I told you before on the other thread what your problem is. WIRES, MICRO-SWITCH, OR PINION GEAR!
and i will bet money its the micro-switch or pinion gear! Ares guns dont have contacts, they have Micro-switches, they are crap (from factory) and you need to get a new one (radio shack)

Also try your gun with a different battery before assuming its the battery.
