Well I've opened up the top reciever cuz I had to check the hop-up spring to make sure it was ok, but that's all I took out of the gun. The only thing I did with my last gun, a TM FA-MAS 5.56F1, was put some spacers behind the spring to stiffen it a little.

I haven't worked a lot on airsoft guns, but I am pretty mechanically inclined with this stuff, but I'd rather know what to do then to just play around with it until I get it right. Any tips for gear timing would be great.

And harleyb, did you shim your anti-reversal latch? If so, how did you shim it?
