well this one is not re loadable it says citizens bank of Canada on the back
I've used these before for instance at Technology Direct when I ordered my
Puxing radio with no issue whatsoever ..
Again in this case I find it strange he shipped me the Items & then emailed me that the card was declined ,...but he seems to be leaning towards having me argue it out with Visa ,...& Visa says to me ,that he must have an information mismatch somewhere that would give him that code , its just a strange situation to me
& he just should not have shipped anything until he had the payment , So now Im in this awkward spot ....
