I have been using the Bolle Cobra safety google, which is similar to the Exoshield, but a slightly lower profile. It is a Z87 + system that can change from safety glasses to full seal goggle. The version that is sold as straight goggles comes with just a clear lens, but you can get a foam and strap kit to convert other glasses types (i.e. tinted, twilight, UV, etc.) The foam has small vent holes at the top and bottom that you can see in the pic below.
