That theory part being said, I know it's radioactive, but the PS90 being a civilian version, I think it could be easily found! But thanks for the mention the the radioactive stuff, didn't pointed it out at first

Alpha's not a ray, it's particle. It isn't dangerous in the sight because it can be stopped by just about anything, but it is quite dangerous if you ingest or inhale any kind of alpha emitter.
