Greetings Airsoft Canada community!

I have a couple of questions regarding my CA M24 that I am hoping you can help me solve.

1. I recently bought a bunch of CA M24 mags and they are all messing up (cracking, misfeeding, Spring gets jammed while only putting 20 rounds into a 25 round mag). What are my other options for mags seeing how the CA ones are crap?

2. When I pull the bolt back on the rifle I cannot use the proper way to pull it back (grabbing the bolt handle and pulling it back) I have to choke up on the handle almost to where the cylinder is and pull it back from there. No I am not a weakling, it just will not pull back. So how can I remedy this situation?
