I figured out how to do most of it with the keypad. for now I'm going to keep a small reference page in my bag with the radio for CTCSS tones in case some one decides to use them. An observation i had while programming it, I cant get the exact frequency (no that it matters i suspect, FRS/GMRS radios are prob not that exact). Mostly putting comments here for anyone else that searches later on.
