If it's a cylindrical type, yes. If a flat type like a LiPo, maybe.
You can set it to LiIon and give it a 2-3 minutes boost, then set it to LiFe as normal. The cylinder-type have internal protection board. The flat type does not. One of the reason LiFe are "safer" is that board.
Do at your own risk, but if it was over discharged, that might revive it.
