Oil your mags. To do this, put 2 or 3 bb's into the mag. Then add a drop or two of silicone oil on top of the BB's, then load to full. Repeat this once or twice (WITHOUT adding more oil, just use the same oily BB's in the loader).
Add more oil when moving to a new mag. After you're done with all your mags, discard the oily BB's and you may want to clean out your loader.
