I don't have a problem with opening things up and putting them back together - I'm very much a "learn by reading & doing" kind of person. But I usually start with some form of guide or manual to help me along. Pretty much all my hobbies start that way (motorcycle engine repair, book binding, miniature sculpting, computer builds/repairs, etc.). However, if I REALLY screw the pooch, yeah, gun-doc here I come!
