Still working on this one, sorry if I put up too many pictures. I need you guys' opinion on this. Since my controls are black and the rest of the gun is chrome, I think I need more black/grey to balance it out. It looks great when there's some shadow but otherwise its just a whole lot of chrome with a couple random black controls. (you can see the difference between the pictures with and without shadows) I'm thinking of filling in the trademarks, slide serrations, and the top of the slide like this real steel except without the black under the muzzle (i think it's too much):

I plan on using aluma hyde either black or grey. Has anyone done this before? Not sure if grey or black will work out nicer. Black looks nice in the real steel but a bit too bold, I don't know if grey will be a bit more mellow and blend the chrome and black together.
