For me.
A while back I was having some really bad sinus issues, sneezing and what have you. You know those times where you feel a pressure inside your nose way deep and it seems impossible to dislodge no matter how you blow your nose...
Well, I had a really abrupt sneeze, didn't even have time to grab a tissue. It was painful too. Sorry for the TMI but amongst the snot and bit of blood there was a fucking BB in there.
How? I don't know, but apparently I had a BB stuck in my nose for a long time.
