I ordered a clearsoft MP5 from them last year before christmas and it was late january when I finally got a response from them, telling me that it was not instock. I then asked them to send me the USP45 instead, it arrived a week later but the smoky frame had some visible cracks. I did not pay the extra amount for this more expensive item but I guess you get what you pay for
