First thing is first.
if you want a kar98k, you get a Tanaka one. They are the best. Hands down, no questions asked.
Secondly, a bolt action would NOT be a good choice for a first gun. if you want a WWII feel, than i recommend either an AGM MP44 or a MP40 (i forget the brand).
