First, if you've been here since 2004 you should at least know some things about this community. Secondly, you need to be AV'ed, sorry but that rule applies to everyone period.

Finally, WHY do you need ammo to work with it? If it's a piece of a costume don't you think that non functioning would be better? Especially since I assume you'll probably be wasted (and alcohol and airsoft are bad ideas, hell even real steel and paintball are bad ideas)?

I actually like the creation part of Halloween. Like making costumes and weapons and stuff. You could make a gun from some cardboard tubes and stuff and that's a lot more rewarding than buying things (sure you probably need to buy some things but making your own stuff is a lot cooler).

In fact you could probably do a steampunk take on a pirate and work with that with a large barrelled pistol and tubing and stuff.
