Well in my case I stuffed the bottom of my pouch so my Puxing PX777 would seem to fill it up. With the PRC148 pouch's padding, it does the job lookwise 'till I get a dummy case. I added a Nagoyan enhanced antenna to sthis.

Also, you can buy whip antennas that are compatible with SMA plugs (which are used by most of the Puxing/Wouxun, etc.. radios. That being said I'm still looking for a blade antenna I could use...

These chinese radios mostly work with Kenwood plugs.

There's also Motorola Sabers, Yaesu,... commercial-grade radios what would probably fit that description.
