It depends what you mean by upgrades, a bullpup will respond to the normal internal tweaks and upgrades.
Farkles like new grips or rail covers are less called for since they're not as rail festooned as some other aegs etc.
Still if you look around here you'll see plenty of transformed P90s and the like.
