I believe the rear portion would have to be extended as the airsoft MP5 has a shorter reciever tube than the real steel one. I want to get this slim forearm from this site as well rather than the triangle "tropical" grip that comes standard nowadays. if you do want to go retro you can mount a large maglite on top with a claw and fit batteries in that.
