Ask a local gun doc/pistol tinkerer (I have a spare, but don't want to ship it out to you, lol), or buy a new spring kit.
I feel your pain on loosing springs - I found nearly a dozen springs and screws and pins when I moved residence rooms recently. It generally takes me 2-3 months to recover lost springs that disappeared onto my floor - so, screw searching and go get yourself a new one!
