SD nozzles bend, so I believe they are better.
Guarder ones are super hard. I've shot with mine for thousands of rounds and never cracked on me.
The reason why your loading nozzle cracked off is because you used a powerful combo in your slide. You have the strongest recoil springs on the market with 2 buffers making it highly strong. Too strong for the nozzle.
My best bet is you can save $ on nozzles and downgrade your springs. You really don't need the power of recoil springs because you're just going to use more gas making it harder for your slide to cycle.
The only people I've seen use that kind of combo use IK made slides and frames which both go well together are are smooth.
Using 140% on a regular TM frame and metal slide will wear out parts way quicker.
