I usually carry one under my left shoulder and one on my hip. I will mostly fight using only one pistol, but when the shit hit the fan, two pistols means more ammos in your hands. I use the one in my good hand more than the other one, so when the pistol is my good hand is out of ammo, I usually still have a half full magazine in my other pistol.This means that you are not defenseless while reloading, you still have enough ammos to deal with surprises. That's the only reason to use dual pistols really. Also, don't point and fire both pistols at the same time, you really can't aim that way, try to point one forward, and the other to your back, or anywhere the enemy can come from. This way, if someone shows up, aim and shoot with the pistol that's pointing toward them, and forget the other pistol.
