When I started I had the problem of not being constant, I bought a belt loadout (ACM, enough but not very nice) and kept buyong other things by whims... bad idea.
My recomendation for starters is to buy some quality molle gear(pantac/flyye) as it is very flexible, a molle belt and some pouches for mags and a medium utility pouch, and thats all, I wouldnt even recomend a holster as you can use a mag pouch or not even use a secondary (I dont use them after 2 years of games XD)
So with this, just keep playing and buying stuff as you need it, dont make my mistake and buy compulsively, I have now sold most of my gear except the pantac PC, pouches and my first light loadout (90%ACM)
