The MP5K is a V3 gear box and the body has the upper and lower reciever which are two different parts. The SD6 is a V2 and the body splits in 1/2 (right and left side while the K splits upper and lower)to get the gear box out. The parts between the two guns would not easily be switchable without some MAJOR mods.
