Magpul Industries does not and never will condone using a PTS version of their products on any genuine, your-life-depends-upon-it, real steel weapons, which is why their products for that market are for the most part made tougher and with more expensive/durable materials than their 'training version' PTS siblings. Now that's not to say the PTS versions are shiite either, just that the real steel versions are designed and manufactured to save your life if need be, and thus will cost more and will be much harder to acquire outside the USA. If you've found a RS version of the CTR then good on ya mate! Just be certain that it will fit over your AEG's buffer tube (re-read RM's post - you probably need a milspec) or you may be somewhat disappointed.

Thanks for your reply!

1. So how do i tell if something is "commercial" vs "mil-spec" Do u have any examples?

2. Will i be able to import a RS CTR stock across canadian border? I know a guy that is selling it in the US

3. What is the diameter of the hole on the RS CTR, maybe if someone gave me a dimension, i can measure it on my buffer tube.
