using a mallet on the armorers wrench would help to un-stick it.
also using an upper vise block would help too, as the only way to get enough grip is to have the lower attached and use the pistol grip as a brace. i wouldn't personally do that, as these GBBR receivers aren't exactly made with highest quality materials.
