OK I have band aided the problem for now, like skladfin, i made the fit tighter to stop movement, but i didnt want something like scotch tape, so I used some specialty super glue to make an even coat about 1/10 mm thick all around the barrel mounts and between the inner and outer barrel, and now there is absolutely NO movement when I use it, so it is confirmed, secure the outer barrel to the hopup by improvised means, and there will be NO issues whatsoever
just to make sure you know, i did NOT glue it together, I used a layer of glue to make it a tighter fit
