help with mp5

i am having some problems with my ics mp5a5 i recently put upgrades into it and since then my gun has been shooting really slowly as in the bbs are not going far at all the upgrades i put in are element silent piston head, guardian shims, madbull 363mm 6.03 barrel, action metal ball bearing spring guide, action 1.5 joule spring, king arms high torque helical gear set, guarder steel cylinder head (2 O-rings). i am thinking that it is a problem with air seal but i have no idea.

did you shave off the last two teeth of the piston?

also, perhaps there is an issue with your fitment of your inner barrel to hop-up chamber, or perhaps your air nozzle sucks.

also, element parts aren't very good. and i have never heard of guardian shims. if they work for you, then great, but in the future, stick, with Modify, Prometheus and ARS. dosn't matter which you pick, they all rock out loud

Have you done a compression test with the piston and cylinder?

Stick your finger on the nozzle to block the opening. Hold it all down. Push the piston in like a syringe with your other hand and see if there is air pressure.

Also helps to do this underwater like in a filled sink or something to see if bubbles escape.

You might have put your cylinder in backwards.
