Where to find an M4 outer barrel for my G&G m4 CQB

Alright well I bought this: http://torontoairsoft.com/product.php?id_product=177 not too long ago and ive grown bored of the short barrel so im wondering where I might find a regular sized m4 barrel along with an inner barrel of course.
Also would I be able to fit an S-System on it? If so, where could i find one that would fit my G&G?
