First Factory 5000rd Box Magazine for g36

Im planning to buy this magazine box for my project of MG36 and when i read the info on the page from ehobbyasia http://shop.ehobbyasia.com/first-fac...-g36c-aeg.html he said on the description "Require a Tokyo Marui G36C 470 Rds Hi Cap Mag to make this Mag functioning, i.e. take out the winding parts of a Tokyo Marui G36C 470Rds Hi Cap Mag and insert it into this Magazine "


My question is do i need a real marui high cap mag on i can buy a Jg because the price of the Marui is 30 $ us and the JG 10 $ ??????

The JG should work, its just they say TM so you get good results and dont bash them because of a problem. As TM delivers regularly good results.

So what exactly are you getting for $70 ?

I think it the box to load the 5000 bbs but i realy want to find a used one on asc and have a deal with the high cap

Why not go for a c-mag instead? Makes more sense from an MG36 point of view.

Most of the time theses come broken.

Be prepared to change all the wires from the internal.
Also, you want to secure the counterweight on the loading mechanism. All the DBoy drums I have seen had issues because of that. The weight falls off, but that weight is what hold one of the little gears that transfer the energy from the spring to the "BB wheel". Locktight does the job well.

Forgot also, use some good NON RECHARGEABLE batteries. If you want to have a rechargeable pack, you can make one from AA batteries. Use 5 instead of 4, and you won't have any feeding issues. Remove the battery rack, put a connector on the wires. Make a AA pack and glue them using hot glue so that everything fits in there (glue the cells together, not in the mag).

If he glues the rechargable batteries togethere, how can he recharge them after? Or do you mean hot glue?

Glue the cells so that is holds it's shape and does not rattle in the drum mag.

And to charge, simply unplug and hook to your charger (assuming that you can set cell count to 5)

But at this price rang 35 $ 50 $ us do i have another choice of mag or d boys make the cheaper????

Yes it been a while but after a lot of search on google a lot of person after buying a C-mag said in a review next time i will buy a first factory manuel widing for my g36 . Anybody here have a first factory and can tell me the bad and the good of this mag????

I've got one and the only real "ïssues" are:

1) It rattles a lot when loaded. It is a giant hicap after all. I lined mine with Dynamat to limit the rattling somewhat.

2) You're winding a lot! I know there's guys who have made electric winders for them, but mine is still manual.

3) The box mag is divided into two parts with a small transfer shoot separating the upper and lower halves. The mag feeds from the top partition, so when it's empty, you have to pull open the small shoot door and flip the mag upside down to transfer the bb's from the lower partition to the top.

It does add a lot of weight to the gun as well when it's full. I've been to some games where LMG/SAW ammo limits have been 1000 rounds loaded, 1000 rounds for reload, so a huge ammo box was pretty limited for those games.
