Shitty that it comes to this, but I am getting nowhere.

I sent Nathan money for 6 guns on Nov 28, 2008.
I received 3 of them in December. After a while I asked him when I would receive the other three. He said he would send them soon. After a few months of this, and blatant lies of sending guns, I still didn't receive anything. About 1.5 months ago I got sent 2 out of 3 of the remaining guns, but I still have yet to receive the last one or any refund.

I've sent him a few emails but never got a solid reply of sending me anything or giving a refund.

So he still owes me one gun from 5 months ago.

Sorry can't edit: I'm sick of this bullshit and just want my money back.

I will get in contact with him now.

He texted me and said I'd have a tracking number by the end of the day. We'll see how that goes.

I have had communucation, but have not received any tracking number.

Update, I have contacted him, but no action has been taken.

So NOTHING HAS CHANGED.

Nathan, please respond. I consider you a friend, so please don't put me in a bad position.

I don't want to be forced to act on you. Fair is fair.

Finally got a tracking number. I'll see what happens.

Gun received, but it is broken.

Broken due to shipping? Or...

Broken as in there's a piece missing which holds the stock on.
