Its just you, the MEU is not a Hi-capa.

MEU is a modified 1911 single stack IIRC. Not unlike the Kimber Warrior series.

Ythe meu is not much different from the tm 1911....afaik.

The mags probably fit the tm 1911, so i already have a MEU! 0_o

That's why I am only getting the mag....lol, gotta have me those new mags with bumper to go with my custom 1911...

might pick one up when I am bored and have money burning a hole in my pocket....1911 projects are expensive....

functionally its the same....and if you plan to upgrade your 1911 anyhow those differences means nothing really. To me what TM have here is a cheaper alternative to get those modern controls....If you were to get the Nova made Controls it'll cost more then the whole MEU....
