Blackhawk Cutaway Vest
 

Just a question, is Blackhawk's Cutaway vest the same stuff as CIRAS for Eagles? If so, is it worth it? I know it cant be copied as some stuff is different, but the abilities seem similar.

No, it's an entirely different design, including the release mechanism.

Don't know of anyone actually using it (military). One advantage, however, is it's a lot easier to re-assemble.
