If you can move your bearings/bushings around left and right.. You probably have the wrong size, What make is your gun/gearbox?
Sounds like your putting 6mm bushings into a 7mm bushing hole :)

They should be quite tight when u stick them in the holes.

its the new jg black box, the bearings are nylons outer diamter is 5.89mm, and the inner diamter were the bearing go into are 6.15mm

if the old diameters were 5.89mm and the new ones are 6.15mm
There shouldnt be any play.. It shouldnt even fit into the gearbox..
U might have the enlarge the holes slightly.. I just use a drill :)

that's weird, they might just be somewhat crapy bearings that have already worn down some.

JG gearboxes have slightly oversized holes which use 6.1mm bushings. Regular 6mm bushings/bearings are going to sit loose depending on the maufacturer and production batch. Some make their bushings oversized as well, in which case you would be fine. Modify makes bushings especially for the JG gearboxes.

None, because I don't buy chinese gearbox shells lol
They're not expensive at all, just buy a G&P V2 shell :)
