That sucks. I hope things work out for ya with regards to insurance and such.

Any more details of the robbery? Was your family home at the time?

Well there were probably 2 white kids, but only saw one and he was probably 5'6 from what i saw wearing camo shirt, camo shorts and a tshirt ninja style face cover, white runners.

They broke into my car stole the stereo My oakley shades my garage opener and other stuff i have yet to discover missing.

He also almost got away with my bike as well when i stopped him and dropped kick him in the face, and he took off running.

These theives also brought their Own Air pump to fill the bike tires and water to drink.... Totally lame

Makes me want to invest in a gun safe with how much I have tied up in my guns.

Sorry to hear. Glad however, to hear you and your family are okay. Cant do much about keeping an eye out, due to location, but good luck finding them.

I have a feeling this shit will turn up on the facebook marketplace, or ebay.

This is why I prefer not to sleep. Sorry to hear about your loss.

Just a thought but have any of the local kids there shown an interest in your hobby?
it could be someone you know

Godlyspartan August 31st, 2007 08:38

I dont show off my Collection of guns much to anyone but teammates. As for people in the neighborhood who are interested in airsoft I wouldn't know, I dont mingle with people about my hobby.
The stolen guns were not Mine, but teammates who leave their guns at my place for storage.

The theives Brought their own Bolt cutters to cut the locks on the cases for the guns..
The probably wanted my bike, they brought all the gadgets for it... Air compressor to pump up my bike tires

Gerkraz August 31st, 2007 08:48

I grieve with you, Goldy. It's never fun to lose guns.

I hope you somehow manage to get them back though. :)

Hectic August 31st, 2007 09:07

ya i try not to show off my guns too much
just older people i trust and would like to get involved in the sport however it semes every time i go out for a test fire or am leaving for a game one of the neighbors is like oh you joined the army or something stupid like that
guess my neighbours are just nosey
but i guess thats ok cause i live in the ghetto so the more people watch out for eachouther the better
good luck and ill keep my eyes open

Sorry for your loss, but I am happy to hear you got to lay a drop kick in some ass's face.

Now I am no cop but this quote suggests they were prepared and had planned well enough to know they were going to steal your bike. I would question if they know you

Must have felt nice. I know i wouldn't mind doing that after being robbed of 90 dollars for a broken laser.
