Hi guys,

im just starting out and i wanted to know if this gun is good enough for a beginner and at what speed it goes. Also, is this gun good enough for a close quarter wood battle because me and my friend we play in my private wood and it is small enough to be close enough :smack: :smack:

Marui BOYS M4A1 are LITERALLY for boys. It's for little kids to plink around in their basement.

Just remember, there's no such thing as "cheap start off" in Canada. Well at least you won't be competitive.

You'll probably get some bashing about playing in private wood unless you have notified the right people/authority of course.

you don`t really want to bring a springer to anairsoft game when ppl have battery or gas powered guns you would get laughed at :smack:

Its not the laughing that would bother me so much as the fact that experiences airsofters with many games under their belt are shooting 900 BB's/second at 400fps and you will be shooting 300BB's/second at around 120fps, you simply dont stand a chance.

I have owned an M4 BOYS and I can agree with what has been said, they are for kids (in Japan!) I freely shot myself in the foot at point blank range with it and it just stung a moderate amount. Do that with a real AEG and your foot will be bleeding. Save up, wait till your 18, but a real AEG, preferably a full metal one right off the bat so you dont have to spend an extra $500 later metalizing a $300 gun that can be purchased full metal to start with for $600.
