I know that Airsoft will get confiscated and seized at the border, but what if I bring it over the border myself?

well, a buddy of mine ordered some spring handguns from airsoft arena, he got them shipped to Rydens border store and he picked them up a week later
on the way back from a trip to the states. so it worked for him... I was just wondering if anybody else did this or knows if its legal... i think he just smuggled them across the border but im not one to attempt that.

I hope you enjoy body cavity searches if you plan on smuggling something that looks EXACTLY like a real firearm across the border.

It's not legal, he just didn't get caught. It's not something personally I would bother risking... save a few bucks on airsoft but risk an enormous headache with customs, or worse.
